Gugulethu Sophia Mbatha is better popularly known as Gugu Mbatha-Raw is known as a British stage and screen actress who became famous after she was a part of the 'Doctor Who' (a British science-fiction TV show) The show aired on BBC channel. Gugu gained fame for her role as Tish Jones on the show on BBC. She was a sister to a main character who was named Martha Jones. Gugu was meant to have acting careers because the audiences became enthralled by her happy spontaneity. Her stage and screen productions in the UK include a variety of other productions. Her performance as Belle (2013) for the British period drama 'Beyond The Lights' as well as her stellar role on the romance drama 'Beyond the Lights' have been highly praised by experts. Even in American productions, she's played on television shows like "Undercover" as well as "Touch" along with as Tom Hanks comedy film "Larry Crowne". Gugu Mbatha Raw played the lead role in the stage play "Nell Gwynn" written by Jessica Swale as an actress that also played the mistress of the king Charles II. She received a lot of praise from critics who loved her acting skills, and she went on to be nominated for the prestigious "Evening Standard" Theatre Award for the Best Actress' award. Chelsea Joy Handler was born on February 25 of 1975 within Livingston, New Jersey. The family was comprised of six family members and Chelsea Joy Handler the youngest. Her mother worked as an employee in the domestic sector, while her father worked as a used-car dealer. Her mother, a German-born immigrants to America in the year 1958, was born and raised there. United States since 1958, was born in Germany. In 1989 she was diagnosed with cancer and died ten years later. Her father was Jewish, and she was born into Reform Judaism. Handler lived in a thriving neighborhood and enjoyed her childhood. When she was in her early 20s she moved into Los Angeles in order to take on acting. In order to support herself, Handler began to work as an actress. But, at just 21 years old, Handler decided to pursue stand-up comedy as a full-time profession after she discovered her storytelling talents. Handler's career began as part of the all-female Oxygen Television cast of the series with a hidden camera called Girls Behaving Unreasonably. The show was on the air from 2002 to 2005. Handler was then featured in several other shows like Weekends at the D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler started her journey as a correspondent on The Tonight Show. Handler achieved her first big break in 2006 when she hosted the show on E! the show was titled The Chelsea Show. The Chelsea Handler Show ran for two seasons. Handler also performed in America in the Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend, HBO and Comedy Central have all aired her stand-up shows. It was announced in 2010 she was to host the MTV Video Music Awards 2010. With this, she became the first woman to host VMA's after Roseanne Barr.
